I chose this workaround as I do not have a Mac with Elgato EyeTV Software to get the Channel. Freeview HD (DVB-T2), Freeview (DVB-T) and free-to-view digital cable (DVB-C) are TV standards for most European/Africa/SEA countries and Australia. Btw, here´s an m3u Example for Netstream 4S. Simply changing the IP in the m3u to the IP of the Netstream let´s me use it in VLC and Kodi.
But on the iMac I would not want to miss TV reception. That device has an integrated DVB-C dual tuner with a web interface for tuning & exporting an m3u playlist. But I'm heavily thinking about replacing this iMac with the supposed 24" M1 model, whenever it may appear. Currently I still use an EyeTV 610 on a 2015 Intel 21.5" iMac, which works like a charm. But maybe I should actually try one with an external power adaptor, just in order to try to provide more current to the stick?!īTW I have to admit this all is only preparation or experimental. The viewing app is free, and there are no charges beyond the hardware price. Hi I just transformed windows 10 Kodi + NextPVR htpc into a LibreElec 8.1.1 + TVheadend htpc.This new LibreElec machine works very nice and fast, but unfortunately I haven't been able to get Kodi TV working with my Elgato EyeTV One USB DVB-T tuner. Actually no other software on the system than these – same result. EyeTV puts detailed and up-to-date TV listings at your fingertips.

I even installed a clean Big Sur on an external SSD and made a fresh install of EyeTV 4 there. Thanks so much for your efforts to help! Just to give a feedback: Unfortunately, none of these ideas solved the problem so far.
